So, I generally don’t leave reviews, but I’ve had 2 terrible experiences here. It sucks because High and Dry is my favorite place to hangout but this is the closest food (in their drive way). 1st experience: several months back, on a taco Tuesday, I ordered 5 tacos to go and went back to hangout in the brewery. An hour and a half later, I went to check in my order. It was sitting in the counter, in the open, not packed to go and very cold. 2nd experience: this Tuesday I ordered 3 tacos to go. Cashier gave me the total: $2.15. I asked, “Are you sure? For 3 tacos? $2 dollars a piece?”. She replied “Yeah, it’s what the computer says.”. This time I waited out front. 30 minutes later, she hands me one taco, in a boat, and states “sorry, I didn’t know you can only order one taco at a time”. I went back in, sat with my friends who burst out laughing because it seems they are intentionally screwing with me. This was my last attempt to good here. I’ll just DoorDash to the brewery.

I don’t usually write negative reviews, but I’m sharing this in hopes that it helps improve this restaurant because it truly has potential. I’ve eaten at the restaurant location before and had a good experience, which is why the tractor brewing location was so disappointing. On my most recent visit, I was told my banana pudding and chicken sliders would be ready in 10 minutes. I ended up waiting over an hour and left with only a small serving of pudding — AND WAS CHARGED TWICE. After about 30 minutes of waiting (while watching several tables around me receive their food), I checked in to make sure there wasn’t an issue with my order. I was told the fryer was down and that my food would be out shortly. I waited another 30 minutes — two drinks in and already hungry when I arrived. When I finally went up to ask again, the staff member at the window said she thought I had already picked up my food. It had apparently been sitting there long enough to be completely cold. Since this was supposed to be a short brunch date and I needed to leave, I asked for a refund for just the chicken sliders and said I would pay for the pudding since I had taken a couple of bites. I was told they couldn’t refund just part of the order without canceling and recharging me for the pudding. It has now been two weeks, and I still have not received a refund — I was simply double charged and never received my sliders. I tried to be patient and understanding because I know everyone has off days, but the lack of communication and resolution afterward was extremely frustrating. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as this place really does have the potential to be great with better organization and customer service.

Food has always been good until tonight. The guy running the food truck at high and dry was really rude though. There was a tech issue and my order wasn't ready so I asked to just get a refund we were leaving. They were pushy about waiting I had to insist on getting a refund. They hadn't even started my order. Employees were great just manager was pushy and rude. He tried to make fill out a form to get the refund I just wanted to finish my drink. I said please keep the 14 dollars and let me finish drink but he wouldn't leave us alone. Right as we stood up to leave they threw the chicken tenders on the table no sauce pickles or Texas toast. I wasn't going to waste food but I eating flavorless tenders on the walk home was not worth 14 dollars.
