As an 18 year old who’s at a good weight , I learned so much with Cecilia in just one month. Even though I’m young and I look healthy , I learned changing my eating habits now is an essential part of staying healthy as I get older. I’m so glad I started this program at my age because I was educated on so many new things that I can now carry with me and I grow into age.
