Christina was very helpful. We were needing to Replace the Wedding band my fiancé had lost she went out of her way to make it the best purchase ever. My Fiancé was having an allergic reaction and Ms Christina made sure she was okay and got her a water and some snacks to refuel… Amazing Customer Service and Support I live over 2 hours away and i would GLADY make the drive to come and buy from her !! Customer for Life !

Great experience at Zales in North Star mall to day with David Garcia. I was looking for a durable, functional but not attention drawing watch for my military Airforce son. David knew everything I needed to know and showed me the solar powered G-Force watch. I will definitely be back again!

I loved the experience w Christina today she was so friendly and helpful!! Todays haul consisted of an anklet and diamond bracelet 🥰 i love how well she treated us and she cleaned all of our jewelry .

Store #142 Employee Christina and store manager Victoria were wonderful!!!! Christina especially! Christina was so patient and helpful in finding wedding bands within our balance! Our big day is 10/3/25 and they helped make our dreams a reality! I definitely recommend you guys to come here and ask for either of them! Thank you to Victoria for going out of her way to call another store and getting the ring we wanted they both went above and beyond in the name of good customer service
