The serviceman did an excellent job of yearly maintenance of my Trane unit. He also answered several questions about heat pump units. He was respectful and very nice. He was nice and spent several minutes helping me figure out how to change the time on my thermostat unit. We found out there was no way to change the time except maybe reboot the device, which I chose not to do. He is a great representative for your company. I had a coupon today that was given to me when I purchased my Trane in July 2024, which was no cost for the service maintenance. I used my last coupon today for no cost. This really helps, I am 80 years young and on a fixed income, so that you Tom's Mechanical!! Carolyn DeVore

Jimmy the service manager was so understanding when my system was not working again on September 11and would send Frank out Friday to recheck the system. Frank my service technician is terrific! He diagnosed what I hoped wasn’t the case but I knew it was coming and he got the ball rolling with Erik, the comfort advisor to meet with me. Frank returned again early afternoon to get me some cool air tell the installation of a new system could be done Tuesday. I appreciate Jimmy and Frank so much with their honesty, quickness and kindness shown to me. I do have a long standing relationship with Jimmy and Frank. Thank you Tom’s for keeping these two wonderful gentlemen representing your company!

I was very pleased with my experience with John and Josh. They explained exactly why they needed to do what they proposed to help extend the life of my older AC unit and I know from past experience that Tom’s Mechanical is certainly reliable. AC / plumbing repairs are never cheap, but I know they stand by their work and they know what they are doing. And I did get a senior discount!

I recently needed service on my central air unit and called Toms. Frank arrived right on time, inspected the unit and provided me with a complete and accurate quote. He completed all repairs, fully explaining everything he had done. I have used Tom's Mechanical in the past and will do so again. Highly recommended. Thanks again Frank!

The service tech (Paul) was able to get to our home within a few hours and quickly diagnose the part that needed to be fixed. He was very kind, professional and worked quickly to get out AC system running again quickly! Will absolutely call Tom’s Mechanical again
