The store was busy but I had someone still meet me at my car and get my info. He was helpful and nice. Very professional, and I knew what he was talking about. This store was big inside, had enough seats for people waiting and offered water. My vehicle was done faster than they told me in service person also was very knowledgeable.

Speedy, and efficient service. I went in for a repair my back tire had a decent size screw in it I worked with Anthony who was extremely knowledgeable and kind. I would give him 10 stars if the system would let me. The comfort in knowing my tires will hold up through this everchanging texas weather is such a weight lifted off my families shoulders. And we couldn't be more grateful I would recommend this location and this rep to anyone and everyone. I know my family will forever be N Beach street customers thanks to this experience.

Just bought a set of 4 tires yesterday and got a good deal. The reason for the 1 star is how my car was treated. Not sure if they’re bored here but they tend to drive cars like they’re pulling up to a drag strip. I have a sportyish manual car with an exhaust and a manual transmission. The first employee gets in my car and instead of going straight into the bay, does a circle around the parking lot reving it out high in first gear. No need for that but guess that’s his way of doing it. Second employee honestly probably can’t even drive manual, spins out tire in reverse out of the bay and at this point I’m frustrated so I stand outside to make sure they don’t do anything else unnecessary. Employee then stalls my car out(probably shouldn’t even be driving my car). Point is watch your car here. It wasn’t just mine, I saw them peel out in a red Venza lol. Happy with my tires though, guys inside do a good job. But do better on the actual service end. Thanks

I went here once before and I came back because of the excellent service from last time. And once again they didn't disappoint, excellent service. I was greeted right when I was going through the front door. The guy was super awesome and super friendly. Help me out to figure out what I needed, which was four brand new tires for my truck. It was way less than I thought was going to be. I was probably not there more than 20 minutes. The guy that pulled up the truck for me was super nice and very professional also. 10 out of 10 would recommend.
