Several days ago, I had a terrible experience at discount tire. After posting a poor review, their customer service team immediately reached out and apologized. I was due back for 2 new tires and I was dreading the experience. The team and experience was exceptional! Two new tires, balanced and rotated in 20 minutes! Incredibly fast! I truly appreciate the efforts by the team at this location to restore my faith in the quality services that I have always been accustomed to until recently. Thank you!

I've had vibration ever since I got new tires installed here. Took 3 visits to get my tires balanced properly. The third time I had to watch them to make sure they do it correctly. Took almost 5 hours. Turns out one tire was defective, and so were the next 3 they installed. The 4th tire finally worked. I honestly don't believe all those tires were defective. I think it was balance machine operator error (wheel not properly mounted during balancing). I was supposed to receive a phone call from a manager after this experience and never did. Will not be returning to this establishment.

I was in a really unique and stressful situation with my car while out of the country and finding a tire shop near the airport that was willing to assist me was very challenging. Jayden (I believe that was his name) and Kyle were extremely friendly from the start. Kyle was ultimately the one to help me and make sure that my car was fixed and and waiting for me on my late night return. I am so grateful for their help. I don't live in the area but highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been using this location for all three of our trucks for 6 years now. They have always been knowledgeable, professional, and personable. Whether it is a simple oil change, breaks, alignments, or tires. They work to get us the best deal while keeping the needs of the company in mind. Life long customer who recommends to any one who asks. Shout out to Corey and Paul who always go above and beyond.
