I took my 2013 Nissan Rogue SUV to 2 different places to install a driver side door handle that broke off. I reordered a replacement and neither mechanic could install it! By sheer luck l discovered Novix on google. Andre installed the door handle in 10 minutes! I encountered courtesy, professionalism and great overall service. I'm so impressed that l am waiting on a quote from Andre to do additional work from a hit and run driver who damaged the panel above my driver side wheel. I highly recommend Novix Auto Body and can't wait to do business with them again!

I had my bumper repainted here after a hit and run😔 and was really impressed with the attention to detail and the quality of work. The gentleman here will go above and beyond for their customer. From the start, they were upfront, professional, and easy to communicate with. They clearly take pride in their craft and care about their customers being happy with the results. It’s rare to find someone in this line of work who is both skilled and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. highly recommend!

I had a great experience with Sergey and Novix last week. After high estimates and the run around from a dealer body shop, a friend recommended Novix. Quick estimate, scheduling and on time repair work. It was a minor repair (some jerk scraped it in a parking lot), but it's my new car and Sergey did a great job. I hope not to need him again, but won't hesitate to use Novix if I do.

I am beyond thrilled with the work the Novix Auto Body did on my wife’s car after she was rear ended. From the time I brought it in for an estimate I knew I found the the right shop. Andrey and his team knocked it out of the park. The craftsmanship, color matching and panel alignment was spot on.
