Do not buy tires here! My tire shredded on i25 and almost caused a major accident. My tires were still under warranty with plenty of tread. I had to get all 4 of them replaced and was told the tires had major dry rot. My car is always kept in a climate controlled garage, so this is due to tire quality. If you care about your safety, don’t get tires here. These were the Nokian Encompass AW01, which the salesperson 189 Frank G recommended and sold me in 8/2023.

I worked with Hunter who was impressively knowledgeable and personable. Corey, the manager also helped me feel like I was getting a great deal on safe tires for both of our vehicles. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Truly Wicked-Good Experience Thanks to Zachary! I had such an amazing experience at Discount Tire thanks to the absolute superstar employee, Zachary. If you’ve ever wondered what it would be like to have your own personal Fierro there to swoop in at just the right moment—look no further, because that was exactly the energy this guy brought. I stopped in needing a tire patched and was worried I wouldn’t make it in time to take my daughter to see Wicked: For Good. But just like Fierro stepping in with a confident “I got this,” Zachary made sure everything was taken care of quickly, smoothly, and with a smile. He wasn’t just helpful—he was effortlessly cool about the whole thing, the same way Fierro manages to dance through life without breaking a sweat. While I was stressing about time, Zachary handled the repair like a pro, keeping me informed and making sure I felt completely taken care of. Because of his efficiency and stellar service, my daughter and I made it to our movie right on schedule—and honestly, it felt like our day had its own little touch of Broadway magic. If Discount Tire gave out leading-man roles, Zachary would be center stage, no question. My low tire pressure alert came on, so I came here to have them check my tires out. Discount Tire has always provided excellent service, but this morning a nice gentleman named Kaleb helped me out. He was so polite and efficient. I ended up going to the Dublin Discount Tire location later to have the Tire repaired since I was closer, but wanted to give Kaleb a shout out for his excellent customer service!

Lue at discount tire helped me in a bind. Secured me new tires before a track racing day. The first ones didnt fit as they should have, and he got the new set in and installed in a single day. I am extremely impressed and will be back with all of my cars. Lue and his team are assets to the company.
