I've gone to Discount Tire stores in multiple states and the service at this location is top notch. George was so helpful! He explained everything the staff were going to do/check on my car, gave me updates about the work, and suggested next steps for maintaining my car's performance. He was patient, answered all of my questions, and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I will return to this Discount Tire location because of the excellent experience with all the staff, but especially due to George's exceptional service.

Discount Tire and Peyton were friendly, knowledgeable, understanding, and compassionate regarding my situation with my new aftermarket TPMS sensors. Peyton was able to get everything programmed and working within just 10 minutes of my arrival time, and they didn't even charge me!! I highly recommend Tire Discount for all of your Tire and service needs. You will not be disappointed in these guys and their professionalism, I promise!! I'd give 6 stars if I was able!!! Can't say enough great things about this business and their employees!!!

I purchased a new set of beadlock wheels and tires on a black friday deal, and I was supposed to receive pre-programmed TPMS sensors with my package. Unfortunately, the TPMS sensors were not pre-programmed for my Jeep, and my dash was lit up with TPMS warning lights. (Not purchased through Discount Tire). I called a few local tire shops, and I even called the Jeep dealership in Florence to be told they could not help me, or they wanted $100 and they wanted me to leave the Jeep for an entire day. Peyton from Discount Tire explained how everything worked over the phone, and told me to bring my Jeep to him, and he would program them for me on the spot, free of charge. When I arrived, Peyton grabbed his TPMS scanner tool, headed outside into the freezing cold temperatures, and began getting my sensors programmed. After about 10 minutes, all of my sensors were programmed and working, and all of my warning lights were off!! I offered to give him $20 for lunch because he took the time out of his day to help me without any hassle, and he was genuinely kind, compassionate, and understanding, but he would not accept the tip. We need more people like Peyton in this world today!! I highly recommend Discount Tire for all of your tire and service needs!! They have an outstanding crew with extensive knowledge, and excellent communication skills!! Can't say enough great things about Discount Tire in Eastgate, Ohio!!! Thank you again Peyton and Discount Tire!!!

Best tire shop I've ever been to. Started to replace my tires right on time, and was done exactly when the tracker said they'd be done. Simple, efficient and effective. It was my first time there a couple of days ago, and will be going back in Spring to get my other car done. Customers want efficiency and courtesy. This shop and its staff delivers. Thanks!

I got a nail in the tire of my two-day-old car, and these guys were awesome! Even though I arrived just 10 minutes before closing, they still helped me out, and fixed it for free! Thank you for the excellent service! I’ll definitely be back!
