I have so many thanks to give this amazing boarding facility. My situation was less than ideal, and Virgil worked with me to board my two dogs so I could leave town with some peace of mind. I am kind of neurotic with my dogs and my plans to have a friend watch them fell through. Another friend of mine sent me this place due to the incredibly high reviews. No regrets - I was at ease and received daily messages with how they were acclimating. Will definitely use again.
We have boarded our dog here multiple times and have used their doggy daycare services as well. She runs right in and seems to really like the place. We feel like she’s in great hands while under their care!
This is my first experience with a daycare and I must say that I am so impressed with how much care Virgil takes of my dog. He shares his insights into dog behavior and makes excellent suggestions. My dog is so excited to go that he gets impatient with red lights delaying our arrival. I feel that anyone would be well served to entrust their pets to Virgil and his lovely wife.
Our pup is so happy to be dropped off for daycare at DogConnection which I think shows how much she loves going and her time there. We just started boarding her and she did great. The owner loves dogs and has vast knowledge of their behavior. After her intake he nailed her in his rundown - he picked up on her exact personality in the quick time he had with her. I trust them to look after her, care for her, and ensure she enjoys some much needed play and social time.
I recommend this place if you’re looking for a reliable daycare/boarding place for your dog. I appreciate how the owner, Virgil, is always present and always gives me a report on how my dog did during the day. This was my dogs first daycare/boarding experience and I definitely felt the worries on how the evaluation, daycare and boarding might go for my high energy dog. However I have continuously felt reassured that my dog is in hands and that the staff are looking out for the well being of all the dogs. We recently tried out the boarding here after doing daycare for full days and half days for some months and things went smoothly!
