Don created the most beautiful custom engagement ring combining the style from one side of my family and the stone and gold from the other side. He also repaired another family ring. Don was very professional and prompt with communication. He sent pics along the way to verify it was what we were looking for. He was honest with what we could do and what wouldn’t be worth using. He also worked swiftly , getting it completed before the holiday. It was also more affordable than I thought a custom piece would be. He went above and beyond my expectation. It can be hard to trust these days, especially with items that have so much sentimental value, but I definitely TRUST him. It’s very beautiful.seeing new life brought to family heirlooms, makes my heart sing.

I brought in a 3 ring wedding set that needed to be reset and resoldered. Before I started to explain what my concern was, Don already saw what needed to be reset and repaired. It turned out that one of the bands was every so slightly smaller than the other two and he saw it right away. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He explained how it could best be fixed and quoted me a very reseasonable rate. It took a few weeks but when it was finished, my ring [3 bands soldered to 1], looked amazing! His workmanship proved true when I placed the ring on my finger and it fit perfectly. I appreciated his honesty and integrity, his skill and craftsmanship. I would recommend him for any jewelry repair or design. He also designs and makes custom rings as well. Thank you Don!

My diamond was loose and Don tightened my prongs for free! He did recommend that I get larger prongs to keep my stone secured in the future. I dropped off the ring for him to rebuild the prongs and was so pleased with the results.

If you are looking for a business truly cares about people and operates from the heart, Don Jewelers is the place. When I first reached out to Don, I had a vision for the ring I wanted and he made calls to find this marquise sapphire stone. What I love most about Don is that he doesn't try to up sell you or is pushy about any decision. When we looked at the stones, he focuses on how the overall ring would look on my finger instead of opting in for a bigger or more expensive stone. He works very quickly to meet our timeline and I love that our consultations were so fun. When I received the ring from my partner, I inaudibly gasped for a good minute because the ring was better than the vision I had for it. Don was really great at talking with me through every decision I had for the ring since I initially wanted the side stones to be bigger, but leaving them smaller and proportional allowed the center stone to shine on its own and this is my favorite part of the ring. Don and his wife always makes my family so welcomed (especially my son who loves to play with the toys there). If you're over the typical commercial chain jewelry stores and don't find anything special there, definitely visit Don Jewelers.

I have to take a moment to rave about my experience with Don. My husband and I decided somewhat last minute to renew our vows. It was something that we have been thinking about for a while and we knew we wanted to get new rings to exchange. We had looked all over at basically every jewelry store you can think of in the mall or online. I was not finding what I was envisioning in my mind anywhere. That’s when I decided to try to contact a private jeweler and see if we could custom design something. I happened to reach out to Don kind of on a whim after driving by and seeing his store. I let him know the scenario and that we were in somewhat a tight window of five weeks to when I would need the jewelry by. He was very prompt and accommodating to get me into the store to talk about my ideas that I had. From the initial meeting, to picking out my diamonds, to my wax design, and finally to my final product, I could not be more ecstatic! He walked us through every step of the way. It was so exciting to see the vision come to life. Now my husband and I both have one of a kind pieces to cherish forever. I am truly thankful for Don and his craftsmanship.
