I sought Dr Young's help to work out how to deal with a number of personal and professional dilemmas that I had no idea how to resolve. Dr Young was not like the typical therapist I had seen previously where you unload a bunch of problems and the therapist offers suggestions.. no, Dr Young takes a totally different approach..
