11/17/25 I'm not sure if it was intentional or if they were even aware, but the two entry attendants, having fun with each other and engaging the customer, delivered a remarkable experience. I strongly suggest that your marketing team observe their interactions and test the potential of operationalizing this into a service script for defining a signature checkpoint.

I was going to use the self wash ports! I swiped my card and there was something wrong with with it. Well Marshall greeted me right away, and was very respectful! I was like it dont work man! Marshall was like let me go talk to manager! Well needless to say they hooked me up and was very understanding!! Thanks fellas. 5 star business right here!!

Would be 5 stars but the ability to use cash in the self service and vacuums has been taken away. No more letting the next person use the remaining time either because they could just push the button and run your credit card bill up.

I’m very disappointed with this place, for being a first time car owner that loves her car and wanting to treat myself and my car to a wash, which was freaking $22. This was the first and last time going to mikes car wash, First off there is still residue on my windshield and tires. With that being said; The thing that controls your car while it’s in neutral totally ripped off my tire stem and made my tire go completely flat, which before entering a women sprayed my car with soap, looked at my tire and shrugged her shoulders I didn’t think about it but it makes sense now. Thank god I had spare tire! Also while replacing my tire I seen that there was a deep scratch when it wasn’t there before I went into the car wash. Horrible 0/10 would never recommend this place to anyone ever!
