Driven is great and here is why: They work on mobility and strength of the muscles that rarely get used in day to day life, but are crucial for long term health. Driven is an exceptional locally owned personal training facility. The Performance Specialists go above and beyond with their deep knowledge, attention to detail, ability to listen, patience, and expertise. When I began with Chad at Driven, I had already been to a spine doctor, received Cortisone injections in my spine, and completed 10 weeks of PT, yet my significant back pain had only gotten slightly better. In a matter of a few months with Chad, the pain has almost completely gone away. Initially encouraging me to follow his lead, he creates an individualized and customized plan that focuses on how to properly breathe, stretch and add weight training back into my routine, carefully explains the basis behind the fundamentals, demonstrates the proper movement, and then watches my form while making modifications specific to my needs. He thoughtfully prepares workouts for days off or while I’m traveling to keep my progression on track and even does outside research to answer all my questions. The proof is in the results- not only has he gotten me out of pain, but he has improved my strength, flexibility, mobility and mindset, allowing me to work towards my goals and even set higher ones. Andy (the owner), Heidi, and Steve are also welcoming, positive, and personable, supporting each other's clients and working behind the scenes to share knowledge. The team at Driven has a lot of knowledge and experience in this field, it's not just another gym. They take the time to get to know you and your individual needs to build workouts specific to you, taking into consideration previous injuries as well as future goals. The trainers at Driven are individual focused and make sure you are getting the most out of the time you spend with them. I’ve participated in the group workouts as well which are small enough to still get quality input from the trainer who is coaching! I highly recommend checking out Driven. I've been training at Driven for 5 months now and it has been the most successful workout program that I've ever done. I've tried every type of fitness class over the years and Driven's unique approach to training has given me better results than I thought were possible through group training. Each trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and makes sure you are performing each move correctly & safely. The gym atmosphere is positive, fun, and challenges you to get better every day.
