Recently went in because my rim is cracked, at first they told me it would be 180$ to 220$ once i get there and i wanted to leave my car there because i don’t have a spare he started having attitude telling me they don’t have space and it’s snowing on Wednesday. as a business you provide a service don’t try to make excuses and find loop holes because you don’t want to go the extra step. he then took both tires off my car with asking first and told me it will be 300$ plus the 125 to make it happen in a day i refused and told him to put everything back and he still charged me 40$ . what a joke of a business and money hungry people never going back again “Id rather go buy a new rim for 1500$ from mercedes than pay them 400$ to fix mine”

I only go to The Wheel Depot for all my tires! Just had a wonderful experience there again! As a woman who has been taken advantage of at other places, I feel so happy and confident coming here and will always support them!

Avoid this place at all costs. I should’ve trusted the other reviews warning people to get a firm price upfront. I asked about the cost before any work was done and was told balancing would be $15–$20 per tire. By the time they were finished, they slapped me with a $173.99 bill for “tire balancing” — which included removing the tires from the vehicle, rebalancing them without taking them off the rims, and then putting them back on (30 minutes max). To make things worse, the weights they installed were meant for alloy rims and weren’t even tightened properly. They were literally sliding around. You can fool a customer once, but not twice. I really hope people read reviews like this before deciding to go to this shop. Response to shop reply: If you read this comment carefully you would admit you first overcharged, and second you did not balance my tires properly or professionally, leaving the weights on the rims loose. This is what's problematic. You first didn't do the job correctly, and second your pricing is a rip off. I hope peole read this comment and avoid you at all cost. I paid honestly and you didn't deliver the job honestly, that's the issue. Response to second shop's reply: Your balancing was not done properly and i had another shop fix the issue I was present during the service and loose weights were pointed out to me, which really threw me off. Tires were removed and reinstalled, then balanced, which seems to have resolved the issue. All this work for two thirds of your price, so there you go. I have no reason to make things up here.

I recently visited The Wheel Depot and had an excellent experience! I needed a tire change, and the price they quoted was very reasonable. The staff, especially Eric, was fantastic—communication was clear and friendly, and the service was quick and professional. I’m really happy with how smooth everything went. Highly recommend this shop for anyone in need of quality tire service at a great price!

Initially, it looked like it would cost a few thousand dollars to fix, but instead of pushing the expensive option, they took the time to find an alternative solution that worked just as well for a fraction of the cost. I really appreciated their honesty, transparency, and willingness to work within my budget. It’s rare to find a mechanic who genuinely puts the customer first. My car runs perfectly now, and I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance. Highly recommend!
