Called on Sunday morning at 8:00 am during an extreme winter event. Got a return phone call from Barbara within 5 minutes. She dispatched Steven and he was here within an hour. Steven did a great job explaining the issue and got us fixed up as quickly as possible. We have done business with Duncan for almost 10 years and appreciate their professionalism. They have been out to my house 2 times in one week and I’m still having the same problem… 2 hours the first day and 5 hours the second day.. would not recommended I feel like they are just milking my time and money..

ATMOS told me I had a gas leak, so they locked out my gas; no hot water. Duncan Heating & A/C came out almost immediately. It took about three days to find and repair the leak. Casey did a fantastic job! I really enjoyed interacting with him throughout the process. He made sure that I understood what he was doing, and he repaired everything much better than it was previously. I've already recommended Duncan Heating & A/C to my colleagues at work.

Our air conditioner went out and they were so prompt at getting a technician here within 2 hours of our calling them. We had to get a new unit and they kept us informed about shipping and when it got here they installed it the next morning. We have used Duncan for 30 years and they are a great group of folks.

I accidentally ran over the Freon pressurized pipe for the ac with my lawn mower. On a Sunday of course. I was so upset, calling everywhere I could to get quotes. Every place I called, and it was a ton of places available 24/7, quoted me at at least $1600 and said it would take hours to replace and they couldn’t get to it same day. Called Duncan, they were here within the hour, fixed it within an hour and charged me $561. They are amazing! Will forever use this company!!!! So kind, helpful, fast, trustworthy, and they don’t take advantage of you and price gouge. Thank you, Duncan!!!!
