We come here often as this place is close by. This place shows a good selection of new movies and international movies. The main entrance and the hallways however have some lingering odors. Sometimes inside the theaters have these odors. Their restrooms are mostly clean and they have some of the best water pressure in men's toilets.
It's located right next to the old sears. Super convenient as you come in or walk out. I try a different tea each time as the have hundreds. This time I tried the banana shake which was awesome. The pistachio Expresso was good too, more on the mid side but good. They now have a frequent buyer app card too.
This mall has had several stores close in the last decade, including major retailers. Cool factor: It's a bit eclectic. Nimby factor: Doesn't always seem to attract the nicest of characters. Ambience factor: Feels empty. This was a bustling mall when I was a child but there's much more popular options in the South Bay. East ridge seems to be bringing in more events and attractions (especially the parking lot ones) and there's a huge surplus of space...many closed stores and they can't seem to rent the massive wing of the mall where the Sears store used to be. With the proximity to the private airport, calibunga water Park and their main traffic drivers (bowling alley and movie theater), there should be a way to attract more retailers and customers. I like that H&M moved in, smart move! The overall clientele seems more towards the lower end (financially), so there needs to be some high end investment and strategy if this mall is to compete in the higher class. They need to work on parking lot security, especially at the south east end. Needs more restrooms. It is a sprawling mall but feels like it's just paying the bills. Bear in mind, retail in general is struggling. This mall seems to still do very well with the younger crowd---snacks and apparel stores and activities they'd be interested in. They could strategically cater more specifically to non-white Americans--ethnic food and products could do well here. Eastridge, try targeted business real estate marketing en Español!
The mall is really very good and has plenty of parkings. If you go with your family and kinds this is a perfect place . Kids can play indoor games in L2 . Also there is macy’s for kids clothes and makeup with discount promotions. Foodcourt is very nice, clean and friendly. Also you have Starbucks. Like this there you can find more activities. I really liked this place.
