Eataly is a great Italian food hall concept located at Park MGM (what was Monte Carlo before). The price point is quite high, just like any food establishments on the Strip. There's a sit down restaurant as well, but the experience is going from one stall to the next and pick the dish you like. - Limoncello Spritz: excellent - Insalata Mare: cold seafood salad, love it - Mortadella Panini: amazing - Tagliatelle alla Bolognese: average, overpriced - Pizza Fritti trio: good, overpriced - Shiitake Fritti: skip - Lavazza cappuccino: okay - Blueberry cake: good - Baba au rhum: good - Cream puff: excellent So, great food hall experience for high-end dining prices.
Park MGM has a great variety of food options right inside the hotel. From casual bites to sit‑down meals, you can find something for every craving. Whether it’s a quick meal on the go or a relaxed dinner with friends, the dining choices here made our trip even better.
I just adore Eataly. So many things I want to try, so many things I want to buy. It’s an exploration of Italian greatness. If you’re on the Vegas strip and hungry but just want a quick light bite, this is your place. The pizza is amazing. Fresh. Delicious. Fast! Don’t buy some random slice on the strip, sit down, relax and share a pie here. Way better flavor and experience!
This spot is so conveniently located in Park MGM. We went there numerous times during our stay so we got to try a bunch of different foods. It was the fried pizza. That dough was amazing! The salads were pretty good, but each salad we got was heavily dressed. We recommend getting the dressing on the side or else it’s gonna be too much. Good variety of cocktails and wine. Each place is priced differently so definitely check before going. Nice little coffee shop with some pastries to enjoy each warning. Everyone is friendly. It was easy to find seating. You get a buzzer when your food is ready. So you can order and go sit anywhere you’d like.
Eataly Las Vegas is such a fun place to hang out. It feels like an Italian food hall in the best way, with tons of different stations, snacks, wines, and little spots to explore. There are plenty of tables both inside and outside, so it’s easy to grab a drink and stay awhile. We ordered the Grandissimo charcuterie board and it was fantastic. The prosciutto was buttery and perfectly sliced, and the cheeses were rich, flavorful, and paired so well with the housemade bread. Everything tasted fresh and high-quality, exactly what you hope for at Eataly. The wine selection is great too, and the cocktails are fun and easy to sip while wandering around. Overall it’s the perfect stop for a casual bite, a drink with friends, or just soaking in a little Italian market energy right on the Strip.
