My mom and dad wanted to go downtown to take their friends down to the river walk , but they are all a little older and don’t like to drive at night so I surprise them with a limousine ride down town. They had such a blast! And stayed out till 11:00 pm. Thank you, Raymond for making their evening so special.

We booked Elegance Transportation in San Antonio a month in advance for a group pickup from a resort. The driver arrived 15 minutes late, and within minutes of leaving, the bus began filling with smoke. There was a visible burning smell, and the driver never exited or checked the vehicle, even with a pregnant passenger on board. This was supposed to be a professional charter service, not a safety hazard on wheels. Completely unacceptable operation, zero accountability, and a major safety risk. Do yourself a favor and use anyone else.

On Saturday Oct 4th we experienced a horrible situation with another Limo Service. This Service Elegant Limousine stood up and rescued my family from a Concert that was delayed and the other Limo service left us stranded at the Freeman Colosseum. Our appreciation was overwhelming. On time & super kind! We used Elegant for our entire wedding weekend. They showed up early, buses were clean & nice, knew exactly where to go, adjusted the temperatures, helped us play music, and navigated some super tight turns getting in and out of our different venues. We were so pleased with each driver we interacted with, but can’t thank our last one enough, who drove the final guests back to our hotel & didn’t mind our noise LOL.

We rented a Sprinter for our group outing to the Hill Country and could not be happier! From the ease of booking and the Elegant team offering to schedule our brewery/distillery tours for us, it really made our trip-planning hassle free. Our driver Hector was timely and very accommodating - he wanted to be sure we enjoyed ourselves and had nothing to worry about. The vehicle was spacious, clean and exceeded our expectations. We plan to use them again soon and highly recommend for either personal or business use!
