San Antonio Limo

I am rating their customer service. I was lucky enough to come across San Antonio Limo in my frantic search for a limo for my best friend's bachelorette party. I am from New York, so trying to plan a bachelorette party from almost 2,000 miles away can be pretty stressful. John at San Antonio Limo was beyond helpful. He was able to guide me through my options and offered me the best deal I could find! Really, it was a steal. I was impressed by John's patience and professionalism. He recommended drivers that are familiar with the areas we will be visiting and he was even able to recommend venues for our night. I am looking forward to the event next week. I have the utmost confident that it will go smoothly. So far, I could not be happier with their customer service. :) EDIT: My event went smoothly. They really are extremely professional at San Antonio Limo. Our driver was knowledgeable and friendly. He called a few hours before pick up to confirm our pickup time, location, and itinerary. He was the best, very funny too. Our limo was incredible. The speakers were booming, everything was perfect! The night was all I hoped for and part of that is due to the exceptional service provided by San Antonio Limo. I recommend them without reservation. I would certainly use them again if I lived in San Antonio. Really, this is the company to go with! They're fantastic!!!

We used SA Limo for our wedding and had a great experience! We got the Rolls Royce and really enjoyed it. The driver was courteous and on time. The classic car made for some great photos to capture the moment. I would highly recommend this company for limo service on your special day!

We used San Antonio Limo for my wife's 40th birthday party. I rented the Limo bus for 20 people to take us downtown and then pick us up at the end of the night. WHAT A BLAST!!!! We had so much fun. The Limo was right on time to pick us up at the house. The driver was very nice and very professional, and made us very comfortable as we got settled in for the party ride. I have only been in one other bus like this years ago, but I can tell you, THIS bus was great. It was clean, comfortable and allowed us to play our own music. Everyone in the party was impressed. At the end of the night, we called our driver and he showed up within minutes. He even took us to do a taco run before dropping us back at the house safely. I highly recommend San Antonio Limo for a safe and fun alternative to driving to a bar and having to drive back. This was an excellent way to share the night with you and 20 of your friends. We are now planning to use them again for my 40th!

We rented their 24 person party bus to go to an event in Freidricksburg. When I called to make the reservation they where very helpful and worked with me on a payment schedule. The bus showed up promptly at the time arranged, it was clean and comfortable. The driver dropped us off at the front of the festival entrance and made sure we have his cell number so we had access to the bus at all times. A couple different times someone from our party needed something out of it and it was quick and easy. Once we where ready to leave the festival the driver picked us up when and where we asked. We had 17 people is out party and had a great time, such a good time that this year we are doing the trip again and we have 40 people signed up to go. The price was by far the best of any other company I called and the service provided by San Antonio Limo was excellent. I don't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone.

Thanks to San Antonio Limo, we had our best holiday office party EVER! We had the White Excursion limo pick up employees at their homes and transport them back home at the end of our party. Driver Roy J was fantastic -- professional, fun, and safe. For the first time in 12 years, my staff actually had a good time at the party, largely due to the fact that nobody had to drive home at the end. Three weeks later, they are still talking abut it. Highly recommended and the most affordable service I priced.
