I’ve been training at Elevate MMA for a year now, and joining was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. When I first walked through the doors, I had very little experience and was honestly pretty intimidated, but that feeling didn’t last long. The coaches here genuinely care about every student, and the community is incredibly welcoming. I’ve made so many friends, and I always feel safe training with my partners. Elevate has truly become the best part of my day. When you join Elevate, you don’t just sign up for classes, you become part of a family.

Best gym in the triangle. One of my favorite gyms ever to train at. Great coaches, great training partners, and by far the cleanest gym. 🧼🥊🥋😀

I am new to the Triangle and just started training at Elevate MMA after training for several years at another academy. It is not easy to change academies, but the crew at Elevate have been extremely inviting. The facilities are great, the coaches are excellent, and you absolutely cannot beat the culture. I think I found my new home :)

I was in town for the day and this gym exceeded my expectations. I went to the Saturday morning nogi class taught by Robert. The class was well detailed he always moved around and answered any questions. He taught 3-4 option from the set-up we learned. The class was followed by an open mat which was possibly one of the funnest open mats I've ever been to. Everyone had real positive energy and seemed like they were having a good time. It might have been about 40 people there at one point all levels. I would highly recommend visiting/ joining this gym.

Everyone I have met at this gym has been great. Very friendly atmosphere. It can be awkward walking into a new gym not knowing anyone but here I felt immediately right at home. Instructors are great the beginners jujitsu (Monday and Wednesday) you learn or practice techniques and then go live at the end. There is no better workout. The kickboxing side is just as good. You will not regret your membership fees.
