I had a wonderful 30-minute facial with Cecilia that I won at a holiday work party, and it truly exceeded my expectations. She was incredibly gentle, made me feel completely at ease, and clearly has a wealth of knowledge about skincare. Every step felt intentional and customized, and her “magic fingers” are no joke—so relaxing yet effective. She also sent me home with a generous bag of samples (many of which are conveniently available on Amazon), which was such a thoughtful touch. I especially appreciated that there was zero pressure to purchase products—just genuine care, education, and great service. Even in a short session, my skin felt refreshed, cared for, and noticeably better. I would absolutely recommend her and would love to book again!

Dr. Scales provided amazing service. I was diagnosed with Psoriasis 28, years ago and have been on most all medications over the years but mostly biologics. I felt in the last few years my Psoriasis change and the biologics (which are poison) were no longer needed but my derms kept prescribing. I stopped taking them about 9 months ago and recently I had a flare u and I wanted a new derm. I read about Dr. Scales. I live about an hour away but thought it was worth a shot. For the first time in my psoriasis journey and change (about 5 years) a biopsy was done on my skin and discovery that my Psoriasis was dormant and I now had Eczema. I no longer needed to continue the trial of Otezla he gave me and only needed the topical he prescribed. My Eczema cleared up within a week of seeing him. Now after 28 years of being on medication and my skin condition changing from psoriasis to eczema I do not take any medication. If it was not for Dr. Scales knowledge and experience with ethnic skin, I would still been taking a biologic (which is poison). Other dermatologist did not listen to me. I very, very highly recommend Dr. Scales.

Just terrible prescription service. My insurance covers all my medication but the clinic refuses to help me with prior authorization using the physical form but their electronic system has issues communicating with my insurance. My insurance never had any issues with any other clinics' system before. Due to the 3-week-back-and-forth delay, my skin has got worse and still have no medications. If you want your skin to get worse then avoid here at all costs!!!!

Great service, literally healed acne. My skin has never looked better. I’ve suffered from acne my entire life and at the beginning of my 20’s my acne went from occasional breakouts to cystic acne. Dr. Scales was the first Doctor to really listen to my concerns and prescribe appropriate medication to treat my skin. I really appreciated how he was willing to go through trial and error until we found a solution. Finally I can experience the skin I always dreamed of having. I am truly grateful.

I've been a patient of Dr. Jeffrey Scales for about six months now and he is outstanding. What a like most about him is his ability to listen, answer questions and provide explanations. Not only is he knowledgeable from the medical perspective, but he is also familiar with health insurance utilization review. He's a great physician and I highly recommend him. The front desk/check out staff are not so great. I would describe them as unfriendly, occupied, and unprofessional. Good news is that I go for Dr. Scales and not them so this doesn't bother me. Overall, I do believe the office can improve their technology. Maybe send out email reminders of appointments, email the COVID questionnaire prior to the session, email the patient demographics forms, etc. Again, I recommend Dr. Scales, he is a remarkable dermatologist. Update: I’ve been a patient of Dr. Scales for a few years now and the wait time past your scheduled appointment time is absurd. Example: if your appointment is scheduled for 9am, you’re going to spend at LEAST 30 minutes waiting for Dr. Scales. Sometimes the wait time can be much longer than 30 minutes. It is insane.
