Olesya is a fantastic pilates coach. My husband and I are new to pilates and in our 50’s, she has coached us safely through the first few months of our practice. We immediately built trust in her as she has helped us build skills, realizing the correct and safe postures and positions. Her instruction is incredibly precise and easy to follow. We have so enjoyed this journey with her and highly recommend her to all our friends and new pilates students. We can’t wait to see how our practice unfolds and progresses under her most excellent tuition. Hoping to one day have her excellent posture and amazing physique - as a stretch goal😘!

Olesya is superlative. Her Pilates has augmented my triathlon training, massively improved my flexibility, and helped me focus on stress-reduction and mindfulness. Also, the option to do virtual sessions allows me to squeeze in sessions on packed days.

I’m new to Pilates having started just a couple months ago with Olesya inperson in Houston for private lessons. The impact on my body and how I feel has been remarkable. I’m definitely a convert and will do Pilates for the rest of my life. The most surprising thing to me was that when I planned to be away for three months this summer I told Olesya that, sadly, I wouldn’t see her until October. She suggested doing virtual lessons; at first I rejected it. It just wouldn’t be the same; but then I tried it and I have done it twice a week since I’ve been away and it has been fantastic. I plan to do virtual lessons whenever I travel for business or pleasure and it will keep the routine and the progress going. I highly recommend Pilates with Olesys in person or virtual both are extraordinary.

I am in my second year of Pilates with Olesya as my instructor. I am also approaching my 83rd birthday. Although I am in very good health for my age, I was beginning to lose physical flexibility and experience joint pain and tiredness, and simple, daily physical tasks, such as getting in and out of my automobile, were becoming difficult and sometimes painful. I was referred to Olesya by a doctor friend, an orthopedic surgeon, and when I first met her and discussed Pilates it was clear she is very knowledgeable about Pilates and was able to explain its purpose and benefits. Olesya has a quick smile, a fun sense of humor and pleasant demeanor. When she instructs you to do a certain Pilates exercise, she gives the reason for it and explains the expected benefit. Her dedication to a healthy life and physical conditioning for herself provide an excellent example to follow. I no longer have problems getting in and out of any automobile. My posture has greatly improved, I have better flexibility and joint function and a higher energy level. Most of this improvement is the direct result of Pilates, but some of it is the indirect result of the benefits of Pilates inspiring me to lead a generally healthier life.
