I had my first aerial yoga class with Sarah and I cannot wait to go back. As a plus-sized, not graceful, not flexible, socially awkward girly I was so nervous going in. Sarah made the class fly by and was so comforting and helped me not feel embarassed when I couldn’t do something or had to skip a move. I don’t know the last time I was able to truly relax and feel safe in a fitness/meditative environment like this. I cannot wait to come back and try more classes.

My first class with Georgie was wonderful. She made me feel welcomed and took the time to help me adjust the hammocks so I could feel safe and comfortable. The sequence flowed beautifully, and the overall vibe of the class was amazing. I’m already looking forward to going back!

Love this studio! The staff is very friendly and inviting, and very accommodating during class to new students. The studio itself feels very clean and has ample storage for your belongings. The teachers are wonderful and very informative and supportive. I will definitely be back!
