Bend and Be: Each word speaks for itself. The yoga positions quietly challenge and simply be in the breath- be aware of the merging of breath and body. Danielle's voice- clear and directive...no pressure-simply inviting to embrace the swish of water flowing through the pipes above- instead of resisting- breathe and flow with the sounds.
