Shaw is the Computer Tech. He is extremely personable, knowledgeable and straightforward. I was able to get in contact with Shaw over the phone; we discussed the problem with my Lenovo Yoga Laptop. I had unfortunately cracked the screen. Since the screen was touch, it would automatically click on other content while I’d be working. Shaw was able to look for screen replacements with the information I gave him. So there wasn’t any reason to come in multiple times. Which is convenient. Although Shaw found the replacement part, I had already found a screen on my own for a lower price. Which it turns out I got the wrong screen… it was the right size and technically correct part, but it wasn’t a touch screen. That was my mistake. So feel free to bring your own parts… just double check what you’re getting. I was too quick to assume I got the right screen. The screen was replaced quickly, which it only took a week; i could tell Shaw had other projects going so I found this to be quick despite their busy schedule. The laptop works perfectly. The cost of repair was only $150. This is an extremely fair price… check him out if you need tech support. Shaw also does professional head shots. Thank you Shaw!

Professional, and doesn't try to rip you off. He give you options and if there is a way to save you money he will. Shows up on time and went the extra mile to help me with my work computer. I would recommend Elite Computer fpr any business or personal networking needs.

Horrible Experience This guy, Shaw sold me a MacBook Pro with defective battery! I drove 1 hour to get to his office and paid him in cash because he doesn’t like to do Venmo or Zelle. My mistake. So long story short not taking responsibility and pretty shady business!!! NOT RECOMMENDED!! Be aware!

Actively sprays harmful chemicals on the public land in front of his business less than half block from a high school. Acknowledging that it may cause animals to get sick. Which logistically would mean it has the potential to make humans sick.
