Had my case and power supply swapped with a bit of diagnosis for a kernel 41 issue. While the issue was never pinpointed this was a bit outside the control of the shop due to the massive amount of possibilities that cause k41, Robert handled my pc well and has made a beautiful rig for me. If you need a good solid tech and fair prices, look no further!
Robert and his other technical employees have been very patient, knowledgeable, and efficient with the way they run their shop here in San Antonio. He has built 1.5 towers for me while explaining every step and procedure along the way and has been very responsive to my inquiries. I will continue to utilize his services for as long as I can.
I'm a student and recently had a large spill on my MacBook that covered the keyboard and trackpad. It was extremely stressful, and after calling several places, Elite Technologies stood out for their care and understanding of my situation. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Robert meticulously cleaned my keyboard and trackpad, disconnected the battery to prevent further damage, scrubbed the affected components to remove residue, and used a compressor to ensure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Everyone at Elite Technologies was also very kind and professional. They were communicative throughout the entire process, and I got the call that my laptop was finished after only a couple of days. Robert was extremely kind and helpful! After paying my diagnostic fee and deciding to take my device back to nintendo, he was so kind to offer printing out a letter for me stating that the item was defective with no signs of misuse so they can possibly honor me with a replacement. I thought that was very considerate of him to offer that to me! Thank you, Robert! I would 100% recommend this shop to family and friends! Kindness and care goes a long way
Brought my laptop in for repair, it was stuck in hibernation mode but the technician Robert helped to remove the battery and put it back in, which switched it back on from hibernation mode. Great service for a great price! I only had to pay the diagnostic fee ($40) which was very reasonable! I would definitely recommend Elite Technologies!
