The owner James was extremely professional and courteous. He was able to fix our PS5 HDMI port very quickly, and the price was fair compared to other shops. I will most definitely be back for any electronic needs!

Last Wednesday, my iPhone screen started flashing white and by the end of the day it was completely unusable. I tried a hard restart and a few troubleshooting steps, but nothing worked. I called James the next day, and he was upfront and transparent about my options and pricing from the start. That kind of honesty is rare and made the decision easy. We went with a repair that required ordering a part. He set clear expectations on timing, and once the part came in, the turnaround was exactly what he said, about 15–20 minutes. I dropped my phone off before lunch and had it back the same day, fully repaired and working like new. Great communication, fast service, and no surprises. Highly recommend James and iRepairIT if you need your phone fixed right.

PS5 hdmi port was loose and no longer working. Filled out the form on his site and instantly received a call. Gave me a quote and clearly explained his process. Had no problems dropping it off or picking it up. Definitely communicates well. Highly recommended and will definitely be going back if any of our devices need repair. Thanks again!

James did a wonderful job. I had an accidental spill in my school bag that damaged my MacBook, and the response time, honesty, and hospitality at this shop were outstanding. James explained every step of the process clearly and went above and beyond to help. I highly recommend this location.

I was unfortunately not able to get my device repaired today, but I am very grateful that whoever I spoke to valued honesty and integrity more than a diagnostic fee. I was quickly informed that my device was irreparable, instead of charged a fee just because they could.
