Wonderful customer service. They know what they are doing, that's no doubt. I'm so thankful to have at one Fender Authorized Center in San Antonio. They service other brands too!

🚩🚩🚩Unprofessional Service: Do NOT take your equipment here! My dad had a terrible experience trusting them to with his AMP ($83 dollar diagnostic service) My dad took his Marshall AMP in early December to get it diagnosed & fixed. They told him they would call him back within a “reasonable time” frame. 🚩Jan 8: no update. He called & left voicemails multiple times. THEY NEVER CALLED BACK OR ANSWERED THEIR PHONE. He had to drive to the store front to get information. They told him they had his amp, we’re STILL checking it & said they were going to fix it WITHOUT telling him what was wrong or what needed to be fixed. They refused to let him go back to see his amp or give him his amp back. 🚩On top of that the owner made a sarcastic comment & said, “who are you? I think someone just walked out with your amp” & laughed in his face. My dad was upset & then said the owner said he was “joking”. My dad felt he had no choice but give them another week to diagnose it & left. 🚩He waited for a whole week, again, THEY DID NOT CALL HIM WITH ANY UPDATES. He called 5 times & NO ANSWER. He finally went today after 3 1/2 months to get his amp. They refused to give him a refund or tell him what was wrong with his AMP. 🚩🚩🚩Don’t waste your money or time.

Avoid This Shop – Total Waste of Money and Five Months of Headaches. Do NOT waste your money or time at this place. Back in October, I dropped off my Chauvet DJ GigBAR lighting system for a simple power supply repair. What should have been a quick fix turned into five months of nonstop runaround. They kept giving excuses: “ordering the wrong parts,” “just found out about this,” same BS every single time I called. Zero progress, zero updates unless I chased them down. When I finally had enough and demanded my equipment back along with a refund, the owner himself got on the phone and told me he “doesn’t have time to listen to whining and complaints.” Real professional. He only refunded the rush fee out of the full upfront payment I made—because apparently he “invested time.” Meanwhile, my GigBAR sat there collecting dust for months, unusable for gigs, while I lost bookings and had to scramble with backups. The whole team comes off as incompetent and straight-up rude. No accountability, no communication, no respect for customers’ time or money. If you’re in San Antonio and need lighting or AV gear repaired, go literally anywhere else. These guys don’t fix equipment—they hold it hostage and disrespect you while doing it. Save yourself the headache and the cash. 0 stars if Yelp allowed it.

Boyfriend took a mixing board and explain to them what needed to be done. They took it upon themselves and fixed it.Putting on a toggle switch and burning a wire. And then we got the board back broken and charged him an overpriced on a broken board. We asked him to make it right supposedly. They ordered a board to replace the one they broke. Never came back took almost 3 months and the board never came in. We asked for a refund. It took almost another month to even get any service or anything back from them. Had to go in person and contact their manager. And tell them, hey, I want my money and our speaker. They hadn't even worked on the speaker, but yet they kept the deposits for the broken board and the speaker. They never worked on... In my honest opinion they were very unprofessional very in courteous and they acted like they did not even know what they were doing I would not ever recommend Mr. E's for any repair. And the reason we had gone was because they we're recommended to use never again
