0 star for the coach basically I was body sparring with someone and have been hit very hardly then I had to hit them back hardly too. Also the person couldn’t stand my bunches he swear at me then he wanted to the real fight then I had to protect myself. On top of that telling the coach this guy fighting and the coach approach me saying I had to leave before me and him having a problem. What problem you talking about! Such stupid coach I had an experience with him perviously that when he was showing a combination of boxing if not do what you wants you to do. He called that I am disrespecting him! Why am I disrespecting you for! I am coming to learning not to involve anything else this happened a few time. Once I was telling myself I should have make him stop because he is accusing. Even made me so angry to have go with him. Not professional coach stay away from them

Love this place, being coming on and off for YEARS. most friendly place, it's not that, you just feel safe here, to me that's everything. Classes make you chuck up lung 😅 brilliant for fitness 💪🏽

I trained here, loved it, love it and will always love it, full of friendly professional fighters who help you with advice and practical help. Great opening hours, great equipment, great classes for all ages, my son trained their too. Great reception staff, great trainers, most professional fighters. Not found an even near equivalent in London since I have been back.
