This place has such cool, almost speakeasy vibes — you’d never expect something like this to be tucked away in North Beach. The space is insanely well done: bohemian, chic, elevated, but still warm and inviting. I’m fully an ambiance snob and this place checked all my boxes. The seating, the lighting, the overall design… such a vibe. Came for the decor but the food totally delivered too. Everything was top notch, especially the octopus — don’t skip it. Drinks were unreal. Like honestly, even if you’re just out in North Beach and want one really good cocktail, this is the move. It has a cool nightlife energy but still works perfectly for a chill date night. It feels exclusive in a good way, like a destination spot hidden in the middle of the neighborhood. There’s really nothing else like it around here. I’m already planning future date nights and I can’t wait for brunch — looks like they’ve got an outdoor space that’s going to be amazing. Definitely a new favorite.
A solid 4! Great for drinks and tapas, as meals are in small portions. The Octopus and Beef Carpaccio are a must. The rest of our orders felt a little too greasy, including Bone Marrow and Fried Mushrooms. The service got a little bit long since the place got really full by the evening so we ended up waiting for maybe 20 mins just for the check, but food came out so quickly and the waitresses were the nicest.
Top rating for this very vibey and professionally run restaurant near the corner of Grant and Green in the heart of NB. They’ve done a great job with the interior design and have crafted a very interesting menu, including some innovative cocktails. They’ve got great music playing and you feel like you’re in a lounging sort of nightclub. The pork shank was amazing. The green cioppino was yummy. .
Just opened December 2025 - great spot for a date. Cool long corridor leading to a hip restaurant and bar with patio seating too. Upscale food, great service
New cocktail bar/restaurant in North Beach that gives Mexico City and Tulum vibes. When you enter in it already feels like you’re in another country or area and not in SF. Parking can be difficult out there so I’d recommend ride share or parking at a parking garage somewhere else and walking. Reservations can be made on open table or you can come in to sit at the bar. Seems like a place I would want to go eventually for my night cap with the drinks and the ambiance and even the music they have in the background. As for the food and drinks. Everyone said their Pull My Daisy (Gin), On the Road (Bourbon), and Coco & Marco (pistachio tequila and matcha) which was my fav are all pretty popular! They tasted soo good some on the sweeter side but all crafted very well. As for food, I had some friends come with larger groups and everyone recommends the branzino and lamb ribs. I just came with one other friend and we didn’t think we would be able to eat that much. So we actually started with the Green Cioppino which we REALLY liked. It was the perfect tanginess and the amount of seafood and the toast that went with it, I usually don’t go for Cioppino but I highly recommend this one! We then got the tempura mushrooms and fries to nibble on while drinking. For dessert we got their vanilla panna cotta that had mango and passion fruit puree. All lovely items, I can’t wait to go back to try their branzino and lamb ribs. The staff are all super friendly and kind. They have both indoor and outdoor seating, can’t wait to come back!
