The ambiance is serene, and the owner is exceptionally kind, professional, and courteous. However, our experience was slightly marred by the receptionist's approach. Despite our efforts to maintain a quiet atmosphere, considering the massage room's proximity to the waiting area, she requested that we keep the noise down, citing concerns about negative reviews due to disruptions. Notably, my 3-year-old son has autism, and I was attempting to calm him down. Given the circumstances, my son and I stepped outside to wait for my husband to finish his massage, despite the chilly 25-degree weather. It's worth noting that children can be unpredictable, and sometimes parental restraint can exacerbate the situation. Overall, I highly recommend this spa for its exceptional massage services.

I cannot rave about Etalon enough!! I usually get a professional massage once every 6-9 months to relieve tension and I’ve never had such an amazing experience in my life! Jasmine is amazing and knew exactly what kind of pressure I needed and worked through knots I didn’t even realize I had. This was my first time doing cupping therapy, which I highly recommend, as it relieved a lot of the stiffness in my shoulders and lower back. I will certainly be coming back in the future!!
