Our church group just returned from a three-day trip with Mark. He was awesome! Besides being an excellent driver, he was so kind, caring, and patient. He is the best! The bus was top notch. Very clean. Wifi, seat belts, plug-ins, good lighting, etc. From now on, they are our bus company!

I've been in retail for 12 years and dealt with a number of transportation companies. Excursions Trailways is by far the best I've ever experienced. The driver was first class, the office staff is too, and the entire experience went according to plan. They even sent me a thank you note all the way down in Houston to let me know they appreciate our business. Recommending them to anyone and everyone I know in Indiana and Ohio. They are awesome!

Called to see about dumping my holding tank there, spoke with Cheryl, she was very polite and friendly. She said she would have the garage manager joe call me to set up a time to come and dump, within 10 he called me back. Got there and dumped and decided to see about having them wash the bus instead of going to the blue beacon up the road. There bus wash guys went above and beyond to wash the bus, hand washed the front and back of the bus and also hand washed the rims. They also checked the air pressure in my tires and wanted to clean the inside of the bays. I highly recommend this company if your needing something done to your bus. I wish I had gotten the names of the 2 guys washing the bus, hats off to them. I will definitely use them again next time I'm in Ft. Wayne.
