Needed a sterling silver jump ring to attach my cross pendant to my chain. Was promised that they had something that worked. The only way they could do it was to make it so the pendant didn’t swing freely. Like my pendant would be only permanent in one spot on the necklace because the jump ring was too thick and tight. Meanwhile they were trying so hard to get me to finance a $20k Rolex. When I said no thanks to the jump ring and Rolex. He didn’t even bother to put my pendant on my necklace like I originally had it. Turned their backs to me. When I said thanks have a good day, they ignored me. I’ll never go back. And I’ll make sure all my friends don’t either. Thanks for nothing
