My grandfather passed away in 2016. My grandmother gifted me his watch and a nice set of cuff links. Until this week, it has just been living in the box. I recently decided to ditch the watch and go back to something simpler and pulled out my grandfathers watch. It was in rough shape. Missing the back and battery, some of the time markers were messed up, and the clasp was broken. They charged me a more than fair price and told me it will take a week for them to find all the pieces to repair the watch. I obliged. They called me back in an hour and half and told me that it was ready! I couldn’t believe it! They did an amazing job. 10/10 recommend!

Fast Fix lives up to their namesake! I had a sterling silver bracelet that was too big for my tiny wrist and they made it the perfect size in only 20 minutes. The staff was VERY friendly and pricing was super fair! Will definitely be returning with any future jewelry needs.

I've come here many times over the years amd their service has always been amazing. FAST and effective. Ive drop my jewelery off to them while me and the kids finished shopping and our stuff was ready to go in no time at all. I HIGHLY reccomend them.

They were very helpful fixing a piece that was originally worked on but broke apart. They did it for no charge at all. I have had many great experiences at this repair shop. Very highly recommended! Thank you again!

I had been looking to replace my watch band and the heavily scratched glass-crystal for a while, but never got to it. Finally decided to have it taken care of, and went to this store and was helped out with options – given quotes for band replacement and glass replacement. They give an estimate of a few hours, but it was completed within about half an hour. They also set the time and date for today as part of their routine. Now the watch looks great and well use it for routine wear.
