I got a pair of earrings from Towson Jewelers for Christmas. They were damaged with bent and uneven posts out of the box. We tried to return them with the receipt on Jan 3, and were turned down - they had to be returned within 7 days per store policy. I don't recommend shopping at this store for holiday or birthday gifts if there's any chance you will need to return the item.
