About a month ago, I called for some help. I had no clue what was going on with my pc, but no actual internet connection, old version of Windows, and slow speeds were the main problems. They tried different troubleshooting while I waited, but unfortunately that didn't work. So, I gave them their time and did other necessities. I get called after they did their tests, and they let me know upfront everything and the costs associated. For about $250, I felt that that was fair. Even though I just dropped it off, and there were other things being worked on, I got a call within 24 hours saying everything was good. To say I was surprised would be an understatement, because they not only fixed my issue, but they went above and beyond by: cleaning and dusting, removing bad files, and opening up a 1TB SSD pcie stick that was just sitting in my motherboard for months. They even saved me about $50 as well, so the job was closer to about $200. Since then, everything has run at what feels like 110%. Faster performance all around. Thank you all truly for helping out, as I now know where I can come for some help. Be safe all!

This place is FANTASTIC! John is an honest smart business man. I walked in with a laptop that I couldn't get the camera to work. He stopped what he was doing and took a look at it. He showed me where there was a slide switch that had been turned off and in 2 seconds I had a working camera. No charge. Just a helpful nice guy. I'll tell my friends and neighbors about this place.

I was stressed out about getting three things on my laptop fixed. Finally went to EZETech. I should have gone sooner. The guy was great. Within twenty minutes , he had my three issues with my laptop fixed. I was shocked , he was so quick and the price was extremely reasonable. They were very professional, honest and down to earth. A huge 👍 for this company!

The two workers at EZE TECH Jacob, and Nick were a great help. I never would have known what was wrong with my laptop if not for them. The time it took and the pricing were phenomenal I would recommend coming here for your computer troubles.

Honest, easy going people. Very pleasant and easy to interact with. WAYYYY better than the Best Buy Geek Squad. I went in expecting to replace my speakers, but after testing, they determined that wasn't the issue and I went home not even close to what I budgeted! Very Honest folks.
