Recently had a platinum diamond ring resized. I was a little nervous however the results were amazing I was very satisfied & the price was reasonable.I have used them in the past for a ring size. They also do very good jewelry repairs.i think silver is their specialty now.I’ve learned other jewelry store refer work to them.

Brought 2 watches in for new batteries and when the shop discovered one of the batteries it had installed previously died prematurely, they replaced BOTH batteries but only charged me for one. How's that for honesty and customer service? Unbelievable. Highly recommended!!!

Thank you Javier for the great customer service I received last night . They fixed my diamond tennis bracelet and he recommended an extra chain just so I won’t loose it again . I’m glad he did because I can’t go through that heart ache again . Ali helped me out with my pink ring by adding some Diamonds to the side of the pink stone and sizing it down to a 6 . Came out beautiful ! Thank you guys !

I brought two watches that needed new batteries. The watch repair person was friendly and efficient. I had brought one of the watches in for repair a few years earlier, he noticed on his records and honored the warranty on the battery. I didn’t even need to ask.
