Took my grandfather's 100 year old watch..they got it running and keeping time. Stem broke and they replaced it....great service and they know watches especially old ones.
Will never go back as they tried to totally rip me off for a repair. Thank goodness I discovered their shenanigans. My advice is that if you need a battery go to Timeland on Olympic. If you need a proper repair, go to FELDMAR on pico. Buyer beware with this place!
I only have wonderful things to say about Westcoast Watch repair. Not only did they do a great job fixing my Swiss watch but worked diligently with the manufacturer around warranty issues, which sadly was not easy. They have a great amount of integrity and I found Barry to be totally professional
Friendly service and trustworthy. If you have a really nice watch, this place will take care of you. I've come here for battery replacements and link replacements.
