Absolutely excellent realtors. We bought a house with them 2 months ago. Great experience even though it was a very technical sale with an assumed mortgage. Even with that, went very smooth and closed at half the time we expected. Then, two months later, I contacted Jason to help get a security camera working. 24 hrs later. Its fixed. Can’t say enough about these guys!

We had such a fantastic experience working with Jason! From the very beginning, he made us feel comfortable and supported. He was incredibly patient as we went through multiple showings and never made us feel rushed. His knowledge of the area was amazing, and the advice he gave us along the way was always spot on. What really stood out was how he guided us through the entire process, step by step. Buying a home can feel overwhelming, but he truly held our hand the whole way and made it so much less stressful. When it came time for negotiations, his experience really shone, and we felt confident knowing he was in our corner. We also want to mention his wonderful team: Sara was such a big help with scheduling showings and checking in on us regularly. Together, they made us feel taken care of from start to finish. We are so grateful for everything Jason and his team did for us and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I highly recommend Jason and the whole Finch and Gable team for either selling or buying. I actually worked with them on both. My particular situation was challenging as it dealt with a divorce but Jason and team were able to navigate the situation delicately and with pure commitment. They communicated and responded to me always in a very timely manner, overall the experience with them was fantastic…I really felt prioritized. Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Jason Daniels, owner of Finch & Gable Realty, and I was truly impressed. His professionalism, deep knowledge of the real estate market, and genuine friendliness immediately stood out. Jason takes the time to listen and provide insightful guidance without any pressure, which speaks volumes about his integrity and commitment to his clients. It’s rare to come across someone so knowledgeable yet approachable. I highly recommend Jason and the Finch & Gable team to anyone looking for a trustworthy and exceptional real estate expert.

In this new world of online systems and across state buying, you cannot do better than Jason Daniels with Finch and Gable. He runs a team of realtors, Tina, Tyler and now Sara who can do video showings, in person viewings and video consutations. Sara and Valerie can help you with all your transaction and area service needs. We were not the easiest clients to service as we had some hard timelines to meet and wanted to have our RV at our new Colorado Springs home. We also wants all the aplliances to stay with the home and a great garden setup. Everyone helped us get exactly what we wanted, in a good neighborhood, with trails for a price we could afford. In addition, they share space with Intergrity Bank and Trust, Kevin Stevenslon, who got us an an amazing mortgage rate with the largest mortgage company in the nation. Without a doubt, when we decide to sell our home, we will use Finch and Gable in the future.
