I am a Realtor in Oregon and Paul Lee recently acted as the buyer's agent for the sale of my buyers' home in Colorado, prior to them purchasing here. Since Paul wasn't actually representing my clients there, but rather was representing the buyers of their Colorado home, he really had no obligation to communicate with me, and yet, he kept me updated every step of the way. He responded to texts immediately and was always happy to get my (and my clients') questions answered. In fact, it was Paul who notified me that the file was clear to close. He was great to work with from a Realtor's perspective and I'm sure that his clients are very happy with his services as well. Thank you, Paul!

Our real estate agent, Justin McMahon, was amazing during our home buying process. Justin is a stand up guy and is extremely knowledgeable about both home buying and home building. He tailored the house search to our specific needs and did not waste any time showing us homes that did not meet our needs. He was always available if we had questions, ideas, etc. and was very communicative about the market, trends and his personal thoughts about the houses we were after. I would absolutely recommend him to any home buyers, either first time buyers or more seasoned, and will definitely use him again in the future if need be.

We bought a home from remax properties this May 2020 and our agent was Julie Robertson she was so good to us and so helpful with the process. Being available for us day or night and even on the weekends with answers to our questions and concerns made us feel so comfortable with the whole process of purchasing. She made us feel like friends not just clients.

We bought a house in March of 2020 and I found the Fletcher team and Got the pleasure of dealing with Kristen Norton. To say she was amazing and went way above and beyond what we expected is an understatement. I had talked with multiple realtors before finding Kristen and her team and then figuring out all the worthless misinformation I had gotten about the Colorado Springs market before Kristen was able to give me true, correct, and accurate information was overwhelming. I will 100% use Kristen again if we ever sell or buy around here. We originally only planned to stay in our house for a couple years then sell and build a new one but we have fallen in love with our neighbors so I’m not sure if Kristen will get to sell this one again.

We have NOTHING but good things to say about The Rowland Team. Josh and Virginia are friendly, genuine, competent, knowledgeable, and most importantly, trust worthy. We left the first home we ever bought in their hands to sell when we relocated out of state. They had a game plan, made sure the house was secure, cleaned, and staged beautifully, and were able to secure a contract well over our asking price 72 hours after listing. Within a month of listing, the sale was complete. We couldn’t believe it! And they managed it all in the midst of welcoming their own new baby into the world! We have yet to meet a realtor or realty team that even begins to shine the way the Rowland Team does. Thank you, Josh and Virginia!
