Kerri and Owen are truly the best agents to work with. They have assisted me with multiple purchases and sales in the Pikes Peak region including Teller county, El Paso county, and Fremont county for everything from residential homes to commercial sites and vacant land. Their knowledge and expertise in real estate is unmatched and they are the only agents I recommend my own clients to. I also love that they support veterans and are veterans themselves!

TLDR: Kerri and Owen are two of the absolute best realtors in Colorado Springs. They helped us manage a high stress remote move, a tricky financing situation, and have continued to stand behind us long after the sale. My wife and I needed to make a fast paced move from Monterey, California to Colorado Springs, and we had to do it remotely. We had a limited timing window, and we knew that if things did not go perfectly, we would miss it. We needed to find someone who was absolutely rock solid and who could guide this boat safely to port. We talked to a lot of different realtors, but as soon as we met Kerri, we knew we had found the right one. Since we were planning on buying from out of state, we needed someone we could really trust to vet everything, handle the details, be honest with us, and guide us through the process. Kerri and Owen did all of that and more. Kerri helped us through the home search with video calls, gave us clear and candid feedback, and made sure we understood what we were seeing even from a distance. She brought in specialists so we could better evaluate the property and helped us make informed decisions. Her communication and availability throughout were exceptional. But what truly separates the pros from the rest is how they handle problems. And there were a few. After we found a house, we wanted to make an offer. But the lender we were working with was having problems getting us pre-qualified and the delay was threatening to blow up our timeline. The issue was my income. Even though I made enough to qualify, a lot of my work was 1099 and it was causing issues with the lender we had selected. Kerri stepped in, connected us with one of her lenders, another pro, and they sorted it immediately. We got our offer in the next day. That not only saved the deal, it saved us a lot of money. And we saved even more money during closing thanks to Kerri's strong negotiating skills. But even after the sale, she kept delivering. One of the biggest reasons we chose Kerri was because we knew we would need ongoing support. We moved here not knowing anyone and not having any network of our own. So being able to tap into her network of trusted people has been a godsend. Every person she has connected us with has been clutch. For example, 30 hours after we moved in, we had a household emergency. We called some people on our own, but then read their Yelp reviews and panicked. So we called Kerri, she set us up with her guy, and he fixed it the next day. A lot of people disappear once the sale is done. Not Kerri and Owen. That says everything. If you are contemplating an out of state move to the area, if you are looking for someone who will stand behind you before, during, and after the sale, or if you just want two of the best realtors in Colorado Springs, you can stop searching and just hire Kerri and Owen. You can thank me later :)

Kerri, Owen, and Bree were exactly the sort of consistent, professional, and rock solid team we needed to make the transition back to Colorado Springs from MN. We couldn't have imagined a more smooth chain of events from first contact to finally being in our new home. More than once the team went above and beyond to help us get settled. Kerri even continued to help us while she was on vacation. We are thankful we placed our transition into their hands. We would gladly recommend them any day of the week. Thank you all again for all of your help!

On November 4th, 2024, I closed on my townhome with the help of Owen Davies, and I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. From start to finish, Owen was patient and attentive, even when I kept him busy with countless questions. He never made me feel rushed—always taking the time to explain things clearly and thoroughly. What stood out most was his good sense of humor and approachable style, which made the entire process far less stressful. Owen is genuinely kind and caring, and it’s clear he prioritizes his clients’ needs above all else. Beyond that, he proved to be a great advisor, offering thoughtful guidance at every step of the journey. If you’re looking for a realtor who combines expertise with compassion, Owen Davies is the one to trust.
