New resident as of 1/10/26 Touring the place was very easy. Amber and Colleen are both awesome and provide excellent customer service. When I moved in , there were a couple of things I requested be done and this is by far the quickest maintenance response team I’ve met . I haven’t encountered any issues so far and everyone seems very helpful and friendly!

HEADS UP THERE ARE MICE! Very unhappy with the Vineyards. I’ve lived here almost 5 years and it was great up until recently. This place used to be clean, quiet and safe. Now it’s the opposite. The leasing team is horrible other than Colleen. I believe there is a girl named amber who is rude and will give you attitude. I think there’s a lack of communication between the team members within the office. Had a situation where one person said they’d relay message and a manager would call me. That was months ago and I still haven’t received that call. They don’t fix issues on their end and somehow the responsibility still fall on the tenant. Makes 0 sense. Most importantly there are mice everywhere. I’ve had a problem in my unit for months now. I keep it clean, keep my trash taken out, don’t leave food etc. Definitely do my part to avoid a mice issue yet they are still here. The leasing team has done the bare minimum for me. It took them 14 days after my initial request to get pest control to come out. And when they did come the set bait and that’s all. Problem got worse so I sent an email being VERY clear on what needed to be done (dropping cleaned, entry holes filled, traps set etc) and when pest control came all they did was set more bait. It’s honestly embarrassing and just goes to show that the only time they’re proactive is when it’s time to cough up money at the beginning of the month. They don’t care about the property and they don’t care about the people that live here. There’s graffiti around the property which I’ve cleaned up myself. There’s graffiti in the gym that’s been there for MONTHS which I’ve left there on purpose to see if the office would take care of it and they haven’t. Just goes to show the neglect. The one thing I will say is that Colleen is professional and she has always been nice and helpful. However, she’s just one person and it’s going to take a lot more than just her to make the place what it used to. Respectfully of course. I can’t wait to leave here and I really hope people see this and think twice before giving this company your money. You’ll certainly be disappointed. Do better vineyards.

I’ve really noticed a positive difference at Vineyards of Colorado Springs since Anna became the new Community Manager. She and her office team have been amazing — professional, responsive, and genuinely committed to improving the community. They’ve worked hard to clean things up and create an environment I’m proud to live in. Jeffery and the maintenance team have also been fantastic. They’re friendly, reliable, and take care of work orders quickly and correctly. It’s clear they take pride in what they do. I also appreciate the effort the team is putting into resident engagement. The events they’ve put together — with giveaways, food, and opportunities to connect — really make the community feel valued and supported. Overall, the improvements in management, maintenance, and resident appreciation have made a huge difference. I’m grateful for the work they’re doing.

I needed some help navigating a few minor inconveniences at my new apartment and Colleen the assistant property manager was very nice, attentive and helpful with this matter. Customer service with the office staff has always been delightful. The property manager and the leasing agent have also been really kind and helpful. My apartment is really spacious. It was cleaned pretty well and the amenities are a huge plus for the great deal that the property manager helped me find and secure. Thank you guys!

I live here and it's great! I've lived here for a little over a year now and plan to renew at least for two more years here. The staff is kind, non-intrusive, and patient, the rules for the complex are reasonable, and my neighbors are lovely, we even exchange keys when the other is out of town so they can check on the apartment! There is also the cottonwood trail right outside, just a gorgeous walk. Take it between 5-7pm and you'll see the most beautiful views. The units are spacious and clean, we have only ever had trouble with- the stove is gas so it gets real hot real fast, the smoke alarms are sensative (not the worst thing honestly), and the in unit washer and dryer have needed some maintenance once or twice. Overall, I have really enjoyed my time here and all the apartment quirks are easy to deal with, maintainance has helped us every time even if it takes a bit some days. Unless you are bothered by road noise, and the walls here are THICK either way, you will love living here! For the price it can't be beat.
