Very strange thing happened with a front desk worker. After saying goodbye to them as I was walking out, there’s a mirror reflection in the door where you can see the front desk worker. Looking at the reflection walking out, the front desk worker stuck the middle finger up at me as I turned my back to her to walk out. Being very shocked I had to cancel my membership, weirdly hostile action from a worker. All my years of going to the gym at many other gyms, this was the most shocking, weird, and confusing thing I’ve seen happen. Other than that, other customers were nice, equipment was good. Just shocked is all.

This is such a great gym but I was so sad about the cleanliness. When you look down on the treadmills you see dirt on all of them. The cleaner seems to do nothing so that may explain it. And when I ran out of water and went to fill my bottle, the water spout was nasty and the water bottle filler didn't work and was nasty. Some machines were missing buttons and had pieces our hands shouldnt touch exposed.Front desk was cordial but not friendly and just made me feel a little awkward. No offer to show me around since it was my 1st time. I did a 3 day pass bc if I liked it I was going to do the membership. Maybe if this please upgrades it's sanitization I may reconsider but this is a no for now. Great otherwise but a deep clean is needed! So sad because it is otherwise perfect but cleanliness is so so important.
