I love the Fitness Factory, plain and simple. I have tried several different gyms in the Pittsburgh area, but this one is the BEST. I have been going here for nearly 4 years, and I have ZERO intention of ever switching gyms. The staff are kind, friendly, and all-around phenomenal. They make FF feel like a community, not just a place to work out. Every single member of the staff, as well as the owner, are invested in their members. They truly live the ethos of 'building a better you'. There's an insane variety of equipment, and if anything breaks it is repaired within hours - not weeks. The gym is meticulously cleaned several times a day. Contracts are flexible and fairly priced. People who go to the gym are friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Plus, you're supporting a local business - one that has survived the test of time for good reason. In short, there's really nothing more you could ask for from a gym. I wear my Fitness Factory merch with pride, and it's a highlight of my day going here. If you're on the fence, let this be your sign: join the Fitness Factory and never look back!

This is an excellent gym! The manager and workers are outstanding. The gym is very well maintained and has super cool art. If you are looking to join a gym, definitely check out FF!

Best gym in the city! Cleanest place I have ever workout in. Nicest staff! The manager Sameer is one of the best people to meet in the city. One of a kind atmosphere, a must see when you come to Pittsburgh! Seeing the professional bodybuilders in here before their shows is very inspiring. The members are super friendly and come from all walks of life. Young or old this place is for you.

This is a long overdue review but 5 stars to Fitness Factory. The gym is very well equipped and clean. The staffs are friendly and super helpful, shout out to Sameer, Mikey, and John. Micheal the owner would greet you when he’s around. You can personalize your membership options, just talk to the staff and they’ll try their best to accommodate you. Other patrons are cool and respectful. I just renewed my membership with them. A legit neighborhood gym, 100% recommended.
