Honestly one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at a gym. The front desk guy named luv or whoever that disgusting behaviour is ! was unbelievably rude and completely unhelpful. While I was trying to fill in the details HE gave me, I asked a simple question and instead of helping, he ignored me and kept talking to other people like I was wasting his time. If this is the first impression new members get, no wonder businesses lose customers. Front desk staff are supposed to welcome people, not make them feel uncomfortable and disrespected. Management seriously needs to reconsider having someone like this representing the gym.2 people in front desk TWO and yet can’t communicate properly?! nonsense! I don’t know whoever seen this must be the one that had high position to follow up what’s wrong with this FF at QV !

Update may 2026 Ever since the 1 star review and multiple complaints. The staff has rectified the issue and now is a much more comfortable place. Thanks Super cold plates room! Despite the numerous internal feedbacks they still seem not to care! Maybe Google works better? Everyone wears warm clothes for a gym class because it's impossible to be in normal clothes. Always half empty?? That's the reason. Put yourself together team, and do something.
