Tanner is an excellent agent when it comes to providing value and much more. We started our house shopping process and we didn’t know what to look for, he was pointing out things I never would have considered. His knowledge is one of his keys to success, he understands location, value and the market very well. It is unsurprising that he was able to answer every question I asked, and I don’t ask easy questions. When it came to negotiations, Tanner depicted a realistic strategy that not only allowed us to get a great deal on the house, but matched everything we asked for. Tanner was an incredible realtor for us! He was very knowledgeable, which was very nice, because we were first time home buyers who didn’t know very much about buying a house! He was also very patient and listened to our ideas and requests; he always made it feel like we were a team! And even 2 years after buying our house, we’re still invited to Spokane Home Guy events! I recommend Tanner with Spokane Home Guy to everyone I come across who has any interest in getting into a home, especially for first time home buyers! :)

Jim was great! With just a few hours notice, he drove an hour and a half to show us the place we were interested in. From that point on he made himself available but was not obnoxious or pushy. When we got serious about buying, he worked hard to help us all along the way. He was always pleasant and willing to do whatever was needed and he kept us well informed. His follow up was excellent. I highly recommend him.
