The guy at the counter explained what was going on in simple terms and didn’t try to upsell me on stuff I didn’t need, which I appreciated. Repair took about the time they said it would, maybe a little faster. Price seemed fair compared to other shops around. Phone’s been working fine since. Overall, a solid experience and I’d probably come back if I need another fix.
