I absolutely love this place. Ellesse and her team have created a wonderfully welcoming and inclusive space where like minded people can come together to look after the bodes and minds. There is a huge variety of classes, times of the classes work for all schedules and the membership options are really affordable. I couldn’t recommend Fleur Wellbeing more highly. I love attending classes here - it is my new happy place!

Thank you — I highly recommend the Bloom Birth Course. Being my second birth, I really wanted to understand more about the transition phase of labour, and to learn why our bodies do what they do. It truly highlighted how amazing our bodies are and gave me so much more confidence going into birth. After baby was born, I also felt much kinder to myself — allowing my body to rest, slowing down, and being present in that newborn bubble. I learnt so much through this course. Thank you, Faye and Ellesse. You are both so kind and gentle, and you created such a safe, nurturing space. I loved that the course included a beautiful mix of breathwork, Pilates, and knowledge. Fleur Wellbeing is a safe and loving haven! When I moved to Newcastle I sought out a pilates hub, barre, reformer and hiit. I love that Fleur came with mindfulness and community. I am so thankful for the help, when I was injured and spent a year recovering with Fleur. I loved the reformer classes and physiotherapy they offer. Every teacher tailors the exercises and mood to ensure safety and a proper workout. I've personally been to every class type I can, over 200 classes, explored the challenges, the extra events, fleur activewear and loved it all. The leadership team got through covid, online classes and now expanding, you are all legends. A special shout out to Lauren, who has been with me through thick and thin, injury, yoga, reformer and is always a quiet but encouraging person to keep me going. 10/5 recommend
