This was our first time dining at Floriana. Have heard great things and wanted to try for my birthday dinner. Attention to detail by every staff member we encountered was exceptional. Our waiter, Marco, offered outstanding service and made wonderful food and wine pairing options. The food and ambiance were amazing! Very excited that another location in Alexandria will be opening soon! Cannot wait to go back!

Beautiful Italian restaurant in a historic building on the Cape Fear River. Our brief interactions with several of the staff was proof enough that the service was exceptional. But our server, Zoey, was especially sweet to my fiancee throughout dinner. She went above and beyond. (Thanks, Zoey!) The food was delicious and tasted authentic. The ambience was also noteworthy; from the moody lighting to the piano music playing throughout the dining room, it was just a pleasant experience all around. We highly recommend this restaurant.

Cozy winter evening with rather good pasta dishes. My cocktail was a bit of a miss as it was more orange than lemon which is the flavor of a traditional sidecar. Service was fine albeit slow at times. Very hot inside but quaint. Would recommend for a date night. Recommend the bolognese!

We had an anniversary dinner before a concert at Lincoln Theater. Amazing menu it was VERY hard to choose our main courses. We'll have to come back to try more! We got the gnocchi appetizer, my husband got the lasagna and I had the shrimp and scallops risotto- they brought tiramisu for our anniversary 💕 and did I mention the manhattans were out of this world!!!!! Thank you Floriana for a great start to our night - we will be back!
